The cruelest part of the spiritual journey is seeing our own emotions as strangers.

Spring is coming, and the energies are renewed. However, I have been trapped in a cycle where I don’t want to do anything for a while. When an intense emotion arises, I always wonder what is at the root of it. Despite my fears, I am curious to explore many of my difficult emotions, which gives me a lot.

Mastering Emotions On the Twin Flame Journey; Using The Power Of Empathy

The root of our problems lies in our lack of curiosity about our inner feelings. Why do I feel this way?

An uneducated mind refuses to understand feelings because it sees them as threats. If our mind is ignorant and we cannot understand our feelings, our perceptions will inevitably be distorted.

What do I mean by an uneducated mind? Let me explain. We learn many things from the surrounding people at different stages of our lives (childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood). However, as we become adults, we need to form our ideas and outlook on life.

An uneducated mind consists of blindly believing everything and unquestioning thoughts. Moreover, an uneducated mind also has ignorant criticism. This mind cannot see beyond the knowledge it has and therefore, cannot expand. When our mind moves forward with automatic instructions and social conditioning, this weakens our connection with our true self and the cold voice of the mind takes over us.

Those with an uneducated mind are not happy with themselves. A mind that is not happy with itself constantly attacks others and other lives. If we are unhappy within ourselves, our tolerance for everything happy will decrease.

We were sent to the world without a compass and with an uneducated mind. Our soul is wise, but we can only hear its wisdom when we understand the patterns in our subconscious that have been recorded for a long time.

The limit of our perception is infinite, but are we perceiving correctly?

The best way to correct our perception is to process our emotions. An uncontrolled mind feeds mostly on our accumulated and unhealthy emotions. Our emotions allow the mind to control us.

As our emotions change rapidly with the changing seasons, I tried to connect with my intuition by drawing a few tarot cards to the twin flame energies. If we can get rid of the labyrinths of our minds and clear our perceptions, our doubts and fears will slowly begin to leave our existence.

Some brave energies want to move forward in the twin flame collective. In this energy, I see not only the feminine energy but also the masculine energy going deep into themselves with the Eight of Pentacles and patiently building something. This card contains a heavy but stable energy.

There is patience as well as an opposite point to this energy. There are new emotions and desires to awaken within us, so the energy of impatience continues.

As courage and impatience move hand in hand in the collective energy, the fears within the masculine energy that prevent it from moving quickly become more apparent. It is not our lack of courage that keeps us in our comfort zone, but our past patterns and our wounded hearts that damage our trust in each other. The reason we stay in our safe zones is to protect ourselves, but I can say that this process will end soon.

Emotional openness and our efforts to understand the pure love within our hearts are the great powers that will bring us out of our shells.

If we dare to look at our emotions from both a dark and a bright perspective, we will have the chance to use the great power within us in a more controlled manner.
